Where to eat prime rib in Las Vegas on National Prime Rib Day | 2019

April 27 is National Prime Rib Day and there's plenty of great prime rib in Las Vegas.

Siegel's 1941 inside the El Cortez hotel-casino is offering several prime rib dishes on April 27 including a 12 oz. queen cut for $26 and 16 oz. king cut for $33; prime fried rice with egg rolls for $16; a prime rib sandwich with fries for $16; an old-school French dip with fries for $16; prime nachos for $16; prime rib macaroni and cheese for $10; and a hearty chili made with prime rib for $11.

Jerry's Nugget is famous for its prime rib. The English cut is $14.89, the thick cut is $27.89 and the double cut is $54.89. The prime rib is rubbed in a secret marinade and slow roasted at 200 degrees for 10 hours. Served with horseradish, choice of potato, white rice or ear of corn, and choice of soup of salad. The cafe also has a prime rib sandwich for $14.89 on its menu.

Between April 26 and April 28, Lawry's will serve a special 30-day dry-aged prime rib in honor of the holiday for the first time. The Lawry Cut is $63 and the California cut is $56. The prime rib will be served from its own silver cart with signature accompaniments including the Famous Spinning Bowl Salad, Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes and whipped horseradish. The special occasion prime rib will be available in a limited supply.

Tom’s Urban inside New York, New York Hotel and Casino is offering a new way to sample the cut of meat with its Prime Rib Sliders. The Prime Rib Sliders come adorned with slow roasted and shaved prime rib, beef with a rosemary demi-glace, natural Havarti cheese, and crispy haystack onions all on a bite-sized bun.

Carve Prime Rib at The Cannery offer 4 different cuts -- the carve cut for $21.99, the Cajun cut for $23.99, the gambler's cut for $25.99 and the beefeater cut for $27.99. The prime rib dinners come with a house salad or corn chowder and buttery mashed potatoes.

Oscar's Steakhouse is celebrating with a three-course meal. The meal will include choice of Caesar or wedge salad, a 14 oz. prime rib served with loaded baked potato or creamed spinach (upgrade to 32 oz. for $19) and New York style cheesecake or chocolate mousse. Cost is $68 per person.

Over at the Tropicana Las Vegas, Oakville Steakhouse is offering a classic take on the dish with 12 and 16oz offerings of Prime Rib Aus Juice. Guests can pair their delicious prime rib with multiple specialty wines including Merlot, Greystone, Napa Valley, 2013 and Frias Family, and more to complete the decadent dinner.

Although not classic prime rib, Vic and Anthony’s at the Golden Nugget Las Vegas offers a delectable USDA Prime Ribeye cut in 18 oz. and 22 oz. offerings on or off the bone. While cut from the same region of a cow, ribeye is a smaller piece of steak perfect for guests to enjoy on National Prime Rib Day or any other day of the week. Guests can pair their delectable cut with some of the restaurants unique accompaniments including duck fat potatoes, wild mushrooms, and crispy onion wedges.

Ellis Island has one of the best deals in town. Their king cut prime rib for $16.99 comes with choice of baked or mashed potatoes, steak fries or rice pilar, garlic green beans and choice of soup or salad. They also offer a double cut.

The Prime Rib Loft at the Orleans hotel-casino offers several cuts. The 10 oz. Orleans cut is $24; gambler's cut, $28; beefeater cut, $32; Cajun cut, $26 and English cut, $30. The prime rib is served with a house salad or corn chowder and baked potato or au gratin potato. Add scampi for $10 or a lobster tail for $25.

The Lakes Lounge features prime rib every Friday and Saturday. It's normal price is $14.99 and includes mashed potatoes, market vegetables and au jus.
