The Consul of Mexico in Las Vegas, Julian Escutia, hosted the inauguration of "Altar de Muertos" with Councilwoman Olivia Diaz as special guest on Nov. 2.
The altar was dedicated to all people who have regrettably passed away due to COVID-19.
