SAHARA Las Vegas is coming into 2021 strong like an ox with a special Chinese New Year menu at Northside Café & Chinese Kitchen, created by renowned Chef Guoming “Sam” Xin.
In celebration of the Year of the Ox, the menu will be available from Jan. 28 through Feb. 28 from 5 to 10 p.m.
Guests can indulge in a number of dishes featuring authentic Chinese flavors, including Scallops with XO Sauce, ($26), Honey Walnut Prawns ($22), Salt and Pepper Calamari ($18), Mongolian Beef ($18), Orange Beef ($18), Kung Pao Chicken ($16), Orange Chicken, ($16) Yangzhou Fried Rice ($14), Chicken or Beef Chow Mein (starting at $14), Oxtail Soup ($16) and Congee ($6).
Chef Sam currently oversees the Chinese culinary offerings at SAHARA Las Vegas and is set to launch the highly anticipated Noodle Den featuring his popular hand-pulled noodles and dumplings in 2021.
Noodle Den will boast an array of traditional Northern Chinese dishes and will feature a demonstration kitchen for guests to see Chef Sam’s team at work creating his famous hand-pulled noodles.
