The cocktail celebrates some of the U.K.’s most famous exports with Bombay Sapphire Gin and Earl Grey tea. The cocktail is topped with honey-infused simple syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice, is shaken and then served in an elegant martini glass. To perfectly encapsulate the smell of the English countryside in the springtime, the Gin Windsor is then garnished with a sprig of fresh lavender.
