LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Chick-fil-A will be opening a new Las Vegas-area restaurant on the west part of town on Thursday.
The new location will be at 1100 S. Fort Apache Road, at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard, with operating hours of 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday starting Jan. 7.
Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Bill Carnohan as the independent franchised owner and operator of the new west Las Vegas spot. He will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 125 employees.
In place of the traditional Chick-fil-A first 100 grand opening celebration, the company says it will be surprising 100 local heroes who are making an impact in the Las Vegas area.
Additionally, the Chick-fil-A Foundation has partnered with Feeding America to donate $25,000 to a local food bank for every new restaurant opening.
