LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Renaissance Festival returns to Sunset Park this weekend.

Clark County Parks and Recreation presents the 26th Annual Age of Chivalry Renaissance Festival from Oct. 11-13.

The festival takes guests back through centuries when knights, kings, maidens, minstrels, and jesters ruled the world.

Festivities will begin on Friday at 10 a.m. with various shows, 100+ artisans, historical reenactments along with food and drink specials, according to the county.

Full-contact jousting tournaments, live combat battles, no-holds-barred gladiator battles are just a few of the acts that will be on display.

Strolling minstrels, magicians, storytellers, and flame eaters will also be part of the festival.

Additional attractions will include bow and arrow target games, ax throwing, along with lighter activities like a princess tea party and a scavenger hunt.

Advance admission is $18 and $20 day of show for adults. Three-day passes and children tickets are also available.
