13 Things To Do This Week In Las Vegas For Nov. 20-26, 2020

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The following is a list of 13 Things To Do This Week In Las Vegas.

1. Glittering Lights at Las Vegas Motor Speedway shines 20 years bright this holiday season, running Nov. 13 through Jan. 10, 2021. Las Vegas’ favorite holiday experience makes the perfect socially distant activity as thousands of annual visitors drive through a 2.5-mile light course in the comfort of their vehicles.

2. Girls on the Run 2020 5K goes virtual this year. Get out for a run starting Nov. 21. Sign up at girlsontherunlv.org.

3. City of Las Vegas has many parks to get out and enjoy the fresh air this week. Visit LasVegasNevada.gov for a full list of parks and amenities in the city.

4. The Southern Nevada Health District has scheduled an additional free flu shot clinic on Nov. 21 at Eldorado High School, making it more convenient for Clark County residents to “Show Flu Who’s Boss” as they head into the holiday season.

5. Tailgate Social at the newly renovated Palace Station Hotel & Casino is happening this weekend. It will open its doors on Nov. 20.

6. After being shut down for much of the spring and summer months, the Hoover Dam is once again welcoming guests. Currently, you can visit the walkways and observation areas. The visitors center and cafe are still closed.

7. Extravaganza the Vegas Spectacular brings the showgirl back to the Jubilee! Theatre at Bally's Las Vegas starting Nov. 23. The audience will be socially distanced and capped at 250.

8. On Nov. 26, we will celebrate Thanksgiving in Las Vegas. Here is a full list of places to order a feast and much more.

9. Museum Fiasco, located inside AREA15, is Las Vegas’ first Kunsthalle-style museum, is now open with tickets available to experience "Cluster," an award-winning installation by Playmodes Studio.

10. Head to the Firelight Barn on Boulder Highway for the “Dueling Banjos” dinner show at 6 p.m. Nov. 20.

11. Fasten your seatbelts and venture beyond the bases with a First-Class Tour of the Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Las Vegas Aviators. Las Vegas Ballpark is now taking reservations for these exclusive behind-the-scenes tours that include post-flight refreshments every Sunday at 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. through Dec. 13, excluding Nov. 29. 12. Looking to head to Red Rock Canyon? Make sure to reserve your pass in advance at redrockcanyonlv.org.

13. The Comedy Works is reopening on Nov. 20 at the Plaza hotel-casino. Nick DiPaolo performs on Nov. 20 and 21 and Kevin Farley performs on Dec. 4 and 5. Tickets start at $20.
