LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Table 34 has been open in the Valley since 2004.
They're known for their flavorful American cuisine dishes and affordable prices.
But executive chef West Kendrick said the Coronavirus is threatening the restaurant's supply chain.
"It's impacted us immensely, fresh seafood is very difficult to get a hold of and a lot of our vendors are not in operation any longer because their business came from the strip," Kendrick said.
With a lack of resources, Table 34 got creative and reinvented a new menu that would benefit their customers and food distributors.
Kendrick said they're lucky to have strong vendors that will work with them during this challenging time.
