LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A local Egyptian vegan restaurant is giving back to the Las Vegas community during the pandemic.

Iman Haggag, co-owner of POTs, says since the stay-at-home order has been in place for Nevada, the restaurant has given out 50 meals a day to anyone in need at no charge.

"We saw a lot of people who were struggling with money and kids. We wanted to be there for them like they were there for us when we started," Haggag said.

The new hours For POTs are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday.
