A movie fan has a piece of "Star Wars" history.
The iconic bikini worn by Princess Leia in "Return of the Jedi" sold for $96,000 at the Profiles of History online auction Friday.
The skimpy costume was famously worn by Carrie Fisher in the film. The winner got the collar and chain links Jabba the Hutt used to keep the kidnapped princess on a tight leash, as well as a letter of authenticity from the costume designer.
Bidding opened Oct. 1 at $80,000. The winning bidder was not named.
