New study reveals cheese could be good for heart

A new study says just a little bit of cheese for you every day is good for you.

The study in the European Journal of Nutrition found that people who ate a small amount of cheese daily are less likely to have a stroke or develop heart disease. 

It's important to note there is no hard proof. The study simply revealed that people who ate cheese had a 14 percent less chance of having problems with their hearts.
