More than 600 marijuana plants were found in the backyard of a Connecticut daycare.
Police in West Haven found the plants, most between 6 and 10 feet tall, at the home that housed the daycare, which was then shut down.
State inspectors found the marijuana growing in the backyard during a check and called police. A large fence surrounding the backyard contained the operation, News8 in Connecticut reported.
No arrests have been made yet but the suspects face several felony charges including risk of injury to a minor and operating a drug factory.
