Actress Florence Henderson has died, her manager told the Associated Press.
She was 82. Henderson died surrounded by family and friends, her manager, Kayla Pressman, said in a statement late Thursday.
The Associated Press reported Henderson died Thursday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, after being hospitalized the day before, according to her publicist, David Brokaw.
Henderson had suffered heart failure, Pressman said in a statement.

Henderson is most well known as Carol Brady on "The Brady Bunch," which originally aired in 1969, along with a variety of specials. She more recently competed on "Dancing With the Stars" in 2010.
Just Monday, Henderson had attended a taping of "Dancing With the Stars." Her TV daughter, Maureen McCormick, was a contestant this past season.
