New cell phone video out of Baltimore shows a high school student punching a chemistry teacher.
The video shows another student holding back the student before the punch was thrown.
The student allegedly told the teacher to not get smart with her.
Words were exchanged before the incident, according to school officials.
The incident remains under investigation.
