A video clip making the rounds on Snapchat shows one student putting another in a choke hold at the Losee campus of Somerset Academy.
13 Action News Crime and Safety Expert, retired police Lt. Randy Sutton, says that parents have a right to be concerned.
"I think it's a lot more serious than just a fight between two kids," said Sutton. "That could have been fatal in just seconds."
What's scarier is that these Snapchat videos aren't new - earlier this year, multiple students were suspended at Tarkanian Middle School whenvideos of a fight ring circulated there.
13 Action News reached out to school administrators at Somerset Academy. They said they were already aware of the video and have identified and disciplined the students involved.
