A vacant home fire sent large plumes of smoke in the air in northeast Las Vegas Wednesday evening.
The fire was reported around 4:43 p.m. in the 3300 block of Queen Street, near Pecos Road and Cheyenne Avenue. The Clark County Fire Department responded and got the fire out at 5:30 p.m.
No injuries were reported and no one was displaced.
Squatters may be to blame. 13 Action News also learned that the house was for sale and in escrow.
