UPDATE: Coroner rules woman’s death at Lake Mead as suicide

NEVADA (KTNV) — The Clark County coroner's office ruled a 37-year-old woman's death at Lake Mead as a suicide.

Katrina Louise Campbell drowned on Sept. 1, according to the coroner. Her body was located by park rangers.

The National Park Service rangers were at the original scene along with Nevada wildlife workers. The teams spotted abandoned items on the shoreline in an area of the lake known as 33 Hole Overlook.

Campbell did not have a city or state of residence listed, according to the coroner's office.
