The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) has announced that in order to conduct regular system updates, the unemployment insurance system (ui.nv.gov) site will be offline Dec. 5 from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m., a period of lower traffic.
During this time the site gets few visitors, making it the optimal time to make regular updates.
TIMELINE: Nevada Dept. of Employment and handling of pandemic unemployment claims
During this brief window, individuals will not be able to file claims or access the resource materials.
Individuals are encouraged to visit the site after 8 p.m. tomorrow night.
This maintenance will not impact the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) site (EmployNV.gov) and individuals filing PUA claims online will not be affected.
