The 30-year-old man accused in the deaths of two women near the Las Vegas Strip is being held on no bail until at least his next hearing.

Omar Talley had a court appearance Wednesday morning. The suspect is waiting for his attorneys to come into town. His hearing date was continued until March 2 at 8 a.m.

Talley faces felony murder, attempted murder and firing a weapon charges.

On Feb. 19, two women were killed and one man critically injured in the shooting on Harmon Avenue, just west of the Strip. Jennifer Chicas and Melissa Mendoza, both 27, were killed, and 29-year-old Jerraud Jackson underwent surgery for his wound.

Police say security video shows Talley with a group that fought with the victims in a parking garage at the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood minutes before the shooting.

Police say Talley is then seen with a gun getting into a Toyota Camry from which at least five shots were fired into a Hyundai sedan.
