CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Schools across Nevada are soliciting input from parents and rushing to submit proposals to their boards that outline how they plan to open campus doors without creating coronavirus hot spots in the fall of 2020.

Their preliminary proposals suggest classrooms could look drastically different when students return.

Districts are recommending that schools combine remote and face-to-face learning for kindergarten through high school students, cycling students through their normal classrooms to avoid overcrowding, having them eat at their desks and requiring enhanced cleaning practices.
