LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A very special reunion took place Sunday afternoon.
It involved adorable Pomeranians who gained national attention when they were rescued from the back of a truck in Sandy Valley.

The 164 dogs used to belong to a breeder named Noela Velasco.

People traveled from all over the country for the change to adopt the dogs after they heard their story.
ReBar on Main Street in downtown Las Vegas hosted a reunion for the rescued Poms on Jan. 27.

Part of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Animal Foundation.
