Ronaldo, 33, has been accused by Kathryn Mayorga, 34, of sexual assault. She claims that it happened in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2009.

Ronaldo has claimed his innocence and insists the encounter was consensual. Mayorga accepted a settlement shortly after the incident. A few months ago, she filed a lawsuit claiming she was coerced by Ronaldo's "fixers." That is when the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reopened the case.

LVMPD reportedly asked Ronaldo to submit a DNA sample within the past week, according to TMZ. Ronaldo has been cooperative with the police so far.

Additionally, Celebrity Big Brother UK star Jasmine Lennard says that Ronaldo is a "f***ing psychopath" and has vowed to dish the dirt on Ronaldo to help the woman accusing him of rape. Lennard dated the soccer player 10 years ago but says she has also been communicating with him for the last 18 months.
