Investigators responded to reports of gunfire in front of a local business on Monday.
It was reported on the 2200 block of West Charleston Boulevard, near Rancho Drive. The initial call came in around 3:57 p.m.
Police said two suspects went into a business and they were met at the door by the business owner. They got into an argument with the owner. The owner and one of the suspects brought out guns and a gun battle ensued. Both suspects were shot.
The suspects fled the scene. Both the suspects then walked into UMC Trauma with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
