Sentencing for a former local pastor was postponed on Monday due to a conflict of interest with his lawyer.
59-year-old Otis Holland was found guilty earlier this year of 15 counts of child sexual assault and lewdness. He is also facing similar charges in Henderson involving 5 victims.
Holland tried to convince a judge Monday that he didn't get a fair trial.
"What I'm looking at is hvaing a fair trial. That was a lynching," he said.
The judge told Holland it was not the proper platform for him to bring up his concerns.
Holland is due back in court on June 13.
