LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A nonprofit organization will hold a "Rock for Recovery" event in Las Vegas to benefit high school seniors in their addiction recovery.

The rock event will be held Sunday at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, located in The Linq Promenade, with doors opening at 5 p.m.

There Is No Hero In Heroin Foundation's first annual recovery event will feature DJ Michael Toast, the resident pregame DJ for the Vegas Golden Knights.

Sunday's event will be an all-ages event with $12 admission.

Dancing, VIP bowling lanes, a silent auction and more are expected to be happening Sunday night with 100 percent of ticket sales going towards scholarships for qualifying Mission High School seniors - who are all receiving treatment and counseling for alcohol and substance use disorders.

TINHIH has helped bring attention to recovery programs at the local, state and federal level, according to its own mission statement.

The Mission High School is located in downtown Las Vegas and has been opened since 2017.
