LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The hospitality industry has been hit hard by the pandemic and currently, a new bill is looking to get laid-off hospitality employees the chance to get their old jobs back.
It's being called the "Right to Return" bill.
Labor unions support it, but some businesses like Las Vegas casinos oppose the measure.
Businesses argue it could create inappropriate costs and litigation.
