LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A leak at a Las Vegas valley apartment has caused the ceiling to cave in after months of ignored complaints to the landlord, according to the unit's tenants.

Chelsea Carr and her boyfriend, Emmitt Handy, reached out to 13 Action News for help, saying their landlord -- Villas at Desert Pointe -- has ignored them since late October.
