LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — On Wednesday, a Clark County judge denied the petition from Republican congressional candidate Dan Rodimer for a re-vote after claims of irregularities in several ballots.
PREVIOUS: Dan Rodimer's election case reassigned
The judge dismissed the case, saying his court does not have the jurisdiction to issue a new election.
Rodimer lost to democratic incumbent Rep. Susie Lee by around 12,000 votes.
