NEVADA (KTNV) — President Donald Trump and the Nevada Republican Party sent a letter to Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske asking for transparency in the Nevada election.

The group alleges Clark County's Registrar of Voters Joe Gloria prohibited the public from observing certain areas where ballots were being reviewed.

The Nevada GOP and President Trump wrote in the letter that Gloria restricted observers within the office.

And the Nevada Democratic Party responded Wednesday with a statement that reads in part:

"Trump and Republicans are leaving no stone unturned in their quest to cast doubt on the integrity of our election system. After losing their lawsuit, they are now focused on yet another blatant attempt to suppress voter turnout. But it won't work.”
