LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, Justice Douglas Herndon will take the oath of office at the State Supreme court.
Justice James Hardesty will take over as Chief Justice.
And Justice Ron Parraguire will serve as Associate Chief Justice.
The swearing in ceremony is scheduled for this afternoon at 1:30 p.m.
