The first female judge in North Las Vegas is losing her job after she admitted to engaging in professional misconduct.
According to a settlement posted by the Nevada Supreme Court, Catherine Ramsey will be suspended without pay for the final three months of her term and she is banned from seeking re-election next year.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Ramsey admitted to improperly changing charges in several cases and making her assistant do personal errands.
