The U.S. home prices jumped in March and it was the largest in seven years.
The S&P Core Logic Home Price Index for the month came out Tuesday and showed a more than 13% rise from the same time last year - the biggest gain since December 2013.
And that increase followed a surge of 12% in February.
The large gains suggest the pandemic and low mortgage rates have spurred more Americans seek the American dream.
