<p>This NOAA satellite image taken Monday, Aug. 1, 2016, at 9:45 a.m. EST shows a current tropical disturbance currently just south of Hispaniola, quickly pushing westward at 20 mph. This strong tropical wave contains organized thunderstorm activity and is expected to form into a tropical storm later tonight. Tropical storm conditions are expected for Jamaica and the Grand Cayman Islands tonight, with locally heavy rains possible of islands affected by this tropical system.
