President Biden's American Rescue Plan passed the House with most of its key pieces in tact.
That includes the $1,400 stimulus payments for Americans making less than $75,000 a year, more money for small businesses and increasing the minimum wage to $15 an hour.
The bill is expected to get further discussion this week.
