Emergency responders are at the scene of a multiple-car crash near West Lake Mead Boulevard and North Buffalo Drive.
The crash was reported at 6:21 a.m.
Police say that an individual driving a green truck is at fault for the crash. Six people were transported to a local hospital with injuries. The driver at fault was injured the worst. All of the other vehicles were stopped for a red light when the truck ran into the first vehicle.
The crash has closed parts of the intersection. Motorists are advised to take alternate routes. The closures could last several hours, according to police.
