LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A motorcyclist was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a crash Thursday morning near the intersection of Desert Inn Road and Cambridge Street, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
Police say a Hyundai Elantra was traveling west on Desert Inn Road around 10:37 a.m., and the driver made a left turn on a flashing yellow arrow onto Cambridge Street, failing to yield to the motorcycle.
The motorcycle was traveling east on Desert Inn Road in the far right lane and was struck by the Hyundai. Police say the 20-year-old motorcyclist was ejected and collided with another vehicle stopped at a red light on Cambridge Street.
