LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — MGM Resorts International has announced its plan to reduce costs in an effort to grow company.

The program is called "MGM 2020."

The program is meant to lay the groundwork for the company's digital transformation.

MGM is hoping the program will result in a three-percent reduction in labor costs.
