The Henderson City Council unanimously approved recreational marijuana delivery during a city council meeting on Tuesday.

For each business delivering medical or retail cannabis, the semiannual license fee will be $50 per vehicle used for transportation.
Henderson joins Las Vegas, Clark County and North Las Vegas with allowing the delivery of recreational marijuana.
The change is scheduled to take effect on Oct. 23.
