CARSON CITY (KTNV) — A proposed bill passing through a state assembly panel Friday aims to legalize cannabis lounges in Nevada.
The law would allow for the creation of lounges where people could use marijuana products. Dispensaries owners could also apply for a license to turn their business into a lounge.
There's only one lounge in the Las Vegas valley right now. It's located on sovereign tribal land near downtown Las Vegas.
