LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A marijuana cultivator is suing the state of Nevada, claiming state regulators are enforcing flawed regulations and they impose excessive fines.
Herbal Care also says the state forced it to destroy inventory.
The department of taxation suspended Herbal Care's license in 2018 after it found violations, including failed record keeping, improper packaging and labeling and improper plant tagging.
