Man dies after shooting in west Las Vegas; suspect remains outstanding

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department continues its search for a shooter wanted in connection with a homicide investigation from Nov. 20.

Officers reported a man was shot near the 4700 block of South Decatur Boulevard, near Tropicana Avenue, at about 3:45 a.m.

He was transported to Spring Valley Hospital in critical condition but ultimately died from his injuries a week later.

The suspected shooter was described as a black man in his early 30s and last seen wearing dark clothing.

The LVMPD said no arrests have been in the case and the incident is being investigated as a homicide.
