Police said a man was critically injured after a semi-truck drove over him Monday morning.
According to witnesses, the 2014 Freightliner tractor truck, which had been parked, drove over a pedestrian who was laying under the truck. It happened around 7:45 a.m. in the parking lot of Hard Rock hotel-casino on Paradise Road.
The pedestrian was transported to Sunrise Trauma Center with critical injuries.
The 62-year-old female semi-truck driver, of Desert Hot Springs, Calif., was not injured.
Police are continuing to investigate.
