LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — UPDATE JAN. 13: Alejandro Carlson had a hearing in Las Vegas Justice Court on Tuesday for “negotiations.”
The negotiations were continued until 7:30 a.m. Feb. 16.
The judge reaffirmed that Carlson is to be held on no bail until that time.
The man accused of breaking into McCarran International Airport and climbing onto the wing of a plane will be back in court today.
Last month Alejandro Carlson was ordered to have a mental health evaluation.
Investigators say Carlson ran across two active runways and climbed onto the plane right before takeoff.
He ended up falling from the wing.
Carlson has been charged with trespassing and disregard for public safety.
