Today marks the 4th anniversary of the senseless deaths of officers Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo who were shot while eating at a Las Vegas area Cici's Pizza.
On June 8, 2014, the two officers were eating at the CiCi’s Pizza near Stewart Avenue and Nellis Boulevard when they were ambushed and shot by Jerad and Amanda Miller.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Twitter page honored the officers who lost their lives on that tragic day.

31-year-old civilian Joseph Wilcox also died while trying to stop the couple inside of the Walmart.
June 8 will always serve as a day to recognize the service both officers provided to the Las Vegas community and the bravery the civilian showed that day.
