The Lucky Dragon closed its casino and restaurants earlier this month as it faces foreclosure. But thanks to a quirk in Nevada gaming law, that could mean a big payout for those visiting the hotel on Saturday.
Vital Vegas reports that gaming regulations require casinos to give away outstanding progressive jackpots when they close. So starting at 5 p.m., those with a Lucky Dragon club card have a chance to win part of a prize pool worth $46,404.12.
Registration for the giveaway starts at 4:30 p.m. The first winner will get $11,303.12 in cash, and seven more will each get $5,000. Guests must be present to win.
