A Clark County School District custodian has been arrested after committing some sexual acts that are extremely graphic in nature.

Michael Timothy Skelton, a custodian with CCSD, has been accused of gross lewdness against a teacher at Dondero Elementary School near South Jones Boulevard and West Harmon Avenue.

In a letter to parents, Principal Melonie Poster said, "We want to let you know that the person worked at the school at night and to assure you that he did not have contact with our students. Furthermore, he was a floating custodian for CCSD only spending limited time on our campus; he was not a Dondero Elementary School staff member."

According to the official arrest report, the teacher claims that Skelton ejaculated on and around her desk and into her personal products, such as her lip balm.

The teacher also stated to police that she noticed possible semen on her jacket.

A male that is alleged to be Skelton was seen on surveillance cameras turning off the lights and committing sexual acts in the teacher's classroom.

Skelton has been charged with 5 counts of poisoning or adulterating food, water or medicine, 4 counts of Open and Gross Lewdness and 8 counts of Malicious Destruction of Property.

Skelton admitted to police that he placed his semen into two pills bottles which contained pills and lip balms and into a Tupperware container which contained chocolate.
