CCSD is facing a lawsuit after a staff member allegedly broke the wrist of an autistic student at the school.
It reportedly happened in March at Variety School.
The complaint was filed by Jennifer Miles, according to Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The school has declined to provide video of the incident.
