LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating an officer-involved shooting near Haven Street and Serene Avenue.
At 7:34 p.m. officers initiated a stop on a suspicious person. Shortly after initiating the stop, the person pulled out a gun before officers shot him sending the suspect to UMC Trauma.
The suspect is receiving medical treatment and no other citizens or officers were injured during this incident.
