Las Vegas man dies after being transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A 31-year-old man is dead after a crash on Jan. 18.

It happened around 3:15 a.m. at 9445 S. Eastern Avenue. Evidence at the scene and surveillance video showed at 2018 Honda Civic traveling through the parking lot at an unsafe speed.

The driver lost control of the car and hit a building near a large garage door.

The driver was transported to Saint Rose Siena Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

On Jan. 28, the Clark County coroner informed police that the man had died. His death is the 11th traffic-related fatality in Las Vegas police.

The cause of death has not been revealed.
