LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — For some the COVID-19 pandemic has chipped away at your mental health, as cases rise again isolation can be a concern.
A local art gallery is hoping to help you cope with depression and anxiety through a new exhibit.
Alpha Voyage Art Gallery, local artists and Phillip De Clare of DeClare fine art present " Illuminating Mental Health Awareness," a Vegas art gala on November 21st.
Their hope for the exhibit is to start the conversation about mental health and encourage others to get help.
"I came up with the idea of Club 27 which is significant artists like Amy Winehouse, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain, that have contributed significantly to the world with music but were also suffering from underlying mental health issues," De Clare said.
